东洲区3家煤场、物料堆场清理完成_我的网站

The contrast between the robot's high-speed performance and its almost bashful posture has made it an unexpected internet sensation.    The movement was not manually programmed by engineers to imitate humans. Instead, the distinctive gait emerged autonomously through reinforcement learning in a simulation environment.    During training, the robot learned that twisting its waist and driving its movement through the hips required less effort than rapidly swinging its arms. The strategy also helped reduce heat buildup in the shoulder joints. B |          　　国庆节前夕，为了进一步营造良好的市容环境，抚顺市启动了煤场、物料堆场专项整治工作，市及各县区分别成立了工作专班。

C | 全市上下坚持问题导向、目标导向，一盘棋推进，协同发力、统筹施治，针对煤场、物料堆场等影响城市环境的问题进行有力整治。记者在现场看到，东洲区相关部门负责人现场跟进，协同配合，全力保障煤场、物料堆场清理到位、整治到位。         　　煤都路沿线堆场相对集中，共有8家，其中龙搭煤炭市场的堆场面积达5.6万平方米、堆放煤炭总吨数10.8万吨，是体量较大的一家。为了争取企业对整治工作的理解与配合，东洲区相关部门做了大量工作，对堆场面积、数量进行核量确认，向企业负责人宣讲政策、研究清运事项，深入现场督导检查……目前，龙搭煤炭市场的煤炭清理工作正在有条不紊地推进当中，预计10月10日即可全部完成。煤场附近居民金善哲说，他是这里的“坐地户”，附近煤场多，经常烟尘飞扬，夏天连窗户都不敢开。“这几天，看着一辆辆大卡车开进来，又拉着一车车的煤开走，看到政府下了这么大力气整治这些煤场，我打从心里高兴。”金善哲满怀期待地表示，“这些煤场整治后，这里的环境一定会变得更好、更美。”          　　“清理工作完成后，我们还将持续跟进，进一步加强日常巡查，保障整治效果、防止反弹回潮。针对腾空的土地，我们也将规划合理使用，做好整治后半篇文章。”东洲区市场监督管理局局长张旭伟在现场介绍说，目前，东洲区已有3家煤场、物料堆场完成清理，其余12家煤场、物料堆场的清理工作正在紧张进行当中，预计10月底全部完成清理工作。                    责任编辑：李丹。
